Davit Tsiklauri has more than 20 years of extensive experience within the financial sector.
Prior to his appointment at AccessBank, he served as a Non-executive Director at HamkorBank and Kompanion Bank and was an Investment Board Member at the Georgian Pension Fund.
Throughout 2014 - 2019 Mr. Tsiklauri held executive roles at the largest financial institutions of Georgia - Bank of Georgia, where held a position of a CFO and TBC Bank, where he led Corporate & Investment Bank as a Deputy CEO. Prior to that, David held various roles at Deutsche Bank, London within the Capital Markets and Treasury Solutions team.
Mr. Tsiklauri has MBA degree from London Business School.

Orkhan Ismayilov
Deputy Chairman of the Management Board, Member of the MB, Chief Financial Officer
Orkhan Ismayilov has joined AccessBank team in January 2020 as Director of Risk Management Department.
Mr. Ismayilov started career in The Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan. He continued his activities in capacity of the Head of the Prudential Policy and Methodology Department at the Chamber Of Supervision for Financial Markets of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Orkhan Ismayilov holds Bachelor and Master Degrees in Economic Cybernetics from Baku State University, as well as MBA from University of New York in Prague.
He speaks Azerbaijani, Russian and English.
David Alimbarashvili has over twenty years of experience in banking & finance, with the last twelve years working in high-level managerial positions, including an executive management position with banks and fin-tech companies. From 2006 - 2022 Mr. Alimbarashvili held executive roles at the largest financial institutions of the region – BTA Bank & Halyk Bank, during several years served as Chief Operating Officer of Equfin Holding.
David’s experience is diverse in terms of geography as well. For years, he worked in countries like Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Ukraine, and Spain. He also has done some short-term projects in the Balkans and Central Asia.
Before joining AccessBank, David served as a Deputy CRO and member of the Management Board at Liberty Bank Georgia.
Mr. Alimbarashvili has an MBA degree from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University.
He speaks Georgian, Russian, and English.
Renat Gumbatov has 20 years of experience in the banking sector. He joined the AccessBank team back in 2005 in the capacity of Loan Officer. In subsequent years, he worked as the Branch Manager of Gazakh and Ganja branches, being at the same time Manager of the bank activities in the region. In 2021-2022, he was Head of the Micro and Agro Clients’ Department of the bank. Since 1 April 2022 he was appointed Executive Director on Micro, Small and Medium-sized enterprises.
Renat Humbatov holds Bachelor and Master Degrees in Economics and Management from Azerbaijan Technological University.
He speaks Azerbaijani, Russian and English.
Teymur Aghakishiyev has over 19 years of experience in the banking sector. Throughout his career, he has held several senior leadership positions in product development, digital payments, strategic management, and treasury. Over the past five years, he has served as Deputy Chairman of the Management Board and Chief Financial Officer.
In addition to planning and managing the financial and operational activities of the business, he has led key initiatives in digital transformation and customer experience enhancement. He has been the author and executor of innovative projects aimed at developing bank cards, electronic payments, and P2P technologies.
His major achievements include the establishment of the ExpressPay payment system, the introduction of an exclusive money transfer mechanism enabling transfers to any bank card in the country via Zolotaya Korona, and the implementation of digital innovations in cooperation with VISA and MasterCard.
Prior to this appointment, Mr. Aghakishiyev served as Deputy Chairman of the Management Board and Chief Financial Officer at Expressbank OJSC.
Since April 2025, he has been serving as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of AccessBank CJSC, focusing on the development of payments, card business, customer experience, digital transformation, and product innovations.
Mr. Aghakishiyev holds a Bachelor's degree from the Azerbaijan Technical University and an MBA from the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation. He speaks Azerbaijani, Russian, and English.
Teymur Aghakishiyev
Jafar Hamidov has more than 15 years of professional experience in the banking sector. He joined the AccessBank team in 2010 as a Programmer in the IT Department. From 2013 to 2017, he worked as a Senior IT Specialist/Programmer; from 2017 to 2020, as Manager of the IT Research and Development Department; and from 2020 to 2021, as Head of the Core Banking System and Reporting Unit.
Until his current appointment, he served as Head of the IT Development Department. Since April 2025, he has been serving as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of AccessBank CJSC.
Mr. Hamidov holds a Bachelor's degree from the Azerbaijan State Oil Academy. He speaks Azerbaijani, Russian, and English.
Jafar Hamidov
Rashad Mirzayev has more than 17 years of professional experience in the banking sector. He began his career in 2008 as an Information Technology Specialist and from 2013 to 2018 served as Head of Unit and later as Director of the IT Infrastructure Department.
Since joining AccessBank CJSC in 2021, Mr. Mirzayev has held the position of Head of the IT Infrastructure and Operations Department. During this period, he played a key role in shaping the bank’s IT strategy, building a resilient and secure infrastructure, implementing automation solutions, and advancing digital transformation.
Since April 2025, he has been serving as the Chief Information Officer (CIO) at AccessBank. He speaks Azerbaijani, Russian, and English.
Rashad Mirzayev
Elgin Jumshudov has over 20 years of professional experience in the banking sector. He joined AccessBank in October 2005 as a Credit Specialist. He continued his career as Head of the Credit Back Office Department and later as Director for Non-Credit Products and Banking Services.
Prior to this appointment, he served as Head of the Retail Banking Department. Since June 2025, he has been serving as the Chief Sales Officer (CSO) of AccessBank.
Mr. Jumshudov holds a Bachelor's degree from the Academy of Public Administration and a Master's degree from the Azerbaijan State University of Economics. He speaks Azerbaijani, Russian, and English.
