During the two-month training period, I gained valuable knowledge that I could not get anywhere else. During this period, I tried to maximize my chances and take advantage of the useful knowledge of my practice supervisors. Along with this, I learned the ability to work in a team, to finish the assignments on time and in a quality way. This project was very helpful in building my career on a strong foundation. I joined the SME Banking School in 2021. After successfully passing the test and interview stages, I participated in 3-month trainings. I acquired different knowledge in different departments.
